Great dealership and staff! I visited this dealership after visiting several other dealerships in the Phoenix metro area. This was my 3rd Subaru dealership, and by far the best e I visited this dealership after visiting several other dealerships in the Phoenix metro area. This was my 3rd Subaru dealership, and by far the best experience. Salesman Arlene Reyes was great to work with, listening to my needs and preferences for a vehicle. During my visit, I didn't think I was entirely ready to purchase, but I decided to based on my experience here. Vehicle selection was great. Mr. Reyes knowledge about the vehicles was stellar. I ended up buying a new Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium, and Mr. Reyes was able to work with us to come to a great price for the vehicle. Mr. Reyes was a great listener, never being pushy enough to turn me off. Very articulate as well. We were able to work out a price that everybody was satisfied with. HIs manager Bob was great and full of personality too. 0% financing sealed the deal. This was certainly the best of the 3 Subaru dealerships that I visited. Happy customer here. More

Came for a test drive and walked out with the Forrester. We saw a Forrester on CarFax and scheduled a test drive. When we came in Bob Shotwell took us in hand. He located the vehicle with the options that we wanted and had both of us test drive the Outback on city streets and the freeway to get a good feel for how it drives. During the test drive he demonstrated the EyeSight technology and the use of the adaptive cruise control system, and its advantages over conventional cruise control. After we agreed on the terms of financing, he demonstrated the StarLink system and paired our cell phone to Bluetooth. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. We are pleased with our purchase and Bob's service. We will recommend Bob and Peoria Subaru to our friends. More

An Unsatisfactory Experience Our initial contact was great. We had our 2015 Forester in for service, and took a new model out for test drive with Spencer Roe. He was knowledgeable Our initial contact was great. We had our 2015 Forester in for service, and took a new model out for test drive with Spencer Roe. He was knowledgeable, personable and answered all of our questions. We were not sure about purchasing since our current vehicle was only 3 years old and only 23K miles. We made an appointment with Spencer for 9:30am 21 Dec to obtain a detailed quote and possibly negotiate a purchase. Our appointment was not met (we were told Spencer had a medical appt). NO ONE called us to reschedule or inform. An assoicate (new at the Dealership 15 Dec) did try to help us and provided a Costco Auto Program quote (initially on the wrong model). He would not give us a trade-in quote, saying he needed time to research (we did give him our numbers). But, he promised to contact us by phone or email later that day with a quote. It never happened - and we were never again contacted by Spencer or his associate. A manager (Steve Sand??) later called us - but he wanted to start the process all over with name, address, car wanted etc, etc, etc. We opted out and three hours later purchased the model we wanted from the Surprise Subaru Superstore. We left the Peoria dealership with a bad taste and feeling - Wow - this is the second time in three years we ended up buying from another dealership. (last time in 2014 at the Peoria is a story on a lack of integrity). More
