New bumper guard installed As part of my new car deal I had requested a bumper guard to protect the tailgate. I had several reminders to bring the car in for installation. Over Booked I arrived for my service appointment on time and had to wait over two hours for an oil change ... I was told they were backed up because other peopl I arrived for my service appointment on time and had to wait over two hours for an oil change ... I was told they were backed up because other people were LATE - so I was punished for that! There needs to be a way to give priority to people who make an appointment and are ON TIME. More
