Brandon was very efficient with going over the admitting paperwork, and said the wait would be approximately an hour and to enjoy the amenities in the waiting room. We talked about service recommendations based on the high mileage of the vehicle and another problem that was discovered during the service. I was aware of this problem so I know it was not made up, and we talked about the cost I diagnose the problem. I feel comfortable with the prices and quality of work performed. More

Gets you to believe something verbally - only extra $7 per month for Equity Shield Insurance and that he also has Equity Shield because it is good to have. When you finally study the paper work at home you find Equity Shield is $1495.00 for 3 years, substantially more than $7 per month. Going back to talk with him, he says that you can cancel this anytime and will not have to pay for it. The next day we try to cancel, finance person then says we have to wait until paper work comes thru', then as it is a lease we will have to make the original payments and they will then take from the Equity Shield payment for the final 3 to 4 months lease payments. .
