Very dishonest dealership Many things were wrong with the car that Bob Lackner and Luigi Bianco were not upfront about. The car doesn’t have a working horn and had a bad tire, Many things were wrong with the car that Bob Lackner and Luigi Bianco were not upfront about. The car doesn’t have a working horn and had a bad tire, which made it unsafe for highway use. Also the AC doesn’t work among other issues. They only gave us one key, etc. I tried calling and emailing Bob several times, but he never returned my call. I feel that we have been ripped off and I will tell everyone I know not to use Peoria Subarctic if this isn’t fixed asap. More

Luigi greeted us and quickly noticed he was not the typical high pressure uninformed salesman. He was knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, friendly and fun to work with. I was there to help my son buy his first car on his own and Luigi did a great job explaining leasing vs buying and took him out to show him how to drive a manual for the first time. We left to get lunch and think about the purchase and had no pressure in doing so. If they tried to use sales tactics and pressure we would have gone to another dealer. Can’t say enough good things about Luigi, Anthony, Evan and Peoria Subaru. The got our business. More

I was already stressed out before I went in because I needed to make a decision quick. Steve Sand was wonderful. He didn't pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. He was patient and fair with the whole process and I left super satisfied with the car I wanted! There were a few issues from my banks end- being charged an extra payment(which was not the dealerships fault) but Steve helped me anyway he could and was able to get my money back. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Steve Sand when you go in, you won't be disappointed. I absolutely love my 2019 crosstrek and couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my first car. More

The SM was helpful with local carwash recommendations and best of all I got a phone call within an hour when he discovered I'd left my laptop in his office ! More
