When I scheduled my recall appointment I let them know that I had a work meeting across town and they essured me it would not conflict with that. I arrived early for my appointment. My expectation was that I would wait. The service department let me know that the time I had been quoted for the service was inaccurate and it takes at least twice the amount of time I expected. The Service Department understood my delemma and did everything to assure I made it to my meeting on time. Thank you Peoria Subaru! This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. I will be back and tell my friends! More

Service for airbag and rear center seat belt recall Service department was very pleasant, professional and timely. I was greeted on arrival, processed immediately and called when the recall was complete Service department was very pleasant, professional and timely. Only comment is that I was initially told my appointment was for 7am and that parts for both issues were on hand. However, my appointment was changed to 11 am, without any explanation, and it was not until I was called to pick up my car that I was told they did not have the seat belt part and I would have to come back for that repair. Overall I was very pleased with the service, just disappointed with the miscommunication. More

However, we found the sales people here hard to reach via phone and email, unresponsive, and disorganized. Also, we only received one key at the time of sale, and a replacement cost us over $300. Overall, we're happy with the car, but the dealership has some room for improvement as far as customer service. More
