Great buying experience I visited Peoria Subaru interested in an Outback. A sales person showed me a 2018 Touring model and I was interested enough to think about it. When I returned the following day, the sales person was not there but Spencer Roe said he could help me and he was wonderful to work with answering all of my questions, making suggestions. When I was willing to talk numbers he didn’t pressure me and understood where I was at. I got the deal I was looking for. When I finalized the paperwork the following day and pickIng up the car, I learned there was only one key fob which was very disappointing and an inconvenience. Spencer’s first question was how can I make this better and he did so. I enjoy the car and the buying experience with Spencer and would recommend him to anyone buying a car.
