There's no way of knowing what problems the service team is facing until the see the vehicle. However, for a scheduled event involving a recall service, the particulars should be well enough known to provide an accurate estimate of completion. More

Fraud? I was charged for 6 quarts of oil my car's handbook shows 5 quarts. Made 4 phone calls was dropped 2x and put on hold for 30 min. asked for supervisor I was charged for 6 quarts of oil my car's handbook shows 5 quarts. Made 4 phone calls was dropped 2x and put on hold for 30 min. asked for supervisor got a secretary who said they would call back. this was 2 pm friday they never called back. today monday I drove over to shop and asked why I was charged 6 quarts. they credited me for 1 quart. This was my 5th oil change. First 4 were [free]. but all 5 showed 6 quarts. I believe this is fraud. So what else are they cheating on. More
