Disappointed The changes made to my Subaru were disappointing. No one explained the changes and I was surprised it does not work the same. The only good thing is, this was a brand new CD and I should be able to replace it. However, some of my CDs would be difficult, if not impossible to replace. More

I have always waited while the 6-month services are done and having a cup of the excellent fresh-brewed coffee with TV and large selection of reading material makes the wait time feel even shorter. The Service Manager is very personable and helpful. With our prior Forester, I asked about some unevenness in windshield packing (nit-pick within an otherwise perfect package). He whipped out a credit card as a tool and in just one minute adjusted it for a perfect match. Another appreciated value was his willingness to help me plan and budget for future services.
