Got surprised two times during process & like most, I do not like surprises. First was asking for a deposit without prior warning. Not an issue financially, but if I was in my 30's it not be easy to come up with $1,000 on the spot. Second, I was told my vehicle would take 2 months. It took 3 months, again not an issue for us, but might be for someone else. Overall great experience! More
