Subaru Warranty Service I am sorry to say but my experience here for my warranty service was lack of a great one. Service advisor did not reach out to me on a daily basis I am sorry to say but my experience here for my warranty service was lack of a great one. Service advisor did not reach out to me on a daily basis to see what was going on and almost a week later got feedback on when they can start on my vehicle. I called customer service rep twice that week and left a message but never received a call back. I am dissappointed but I am glad my car was fixed. But I am willing to give it another chance when I need to come back for service. More

Loyal customers very disappointed We drove 45 minutes for EVERY service on our Subaru the past 3 years. Because we are moving to a new state we were told they would honor the loyalty t We drove 45 minutes for EVERY service on our Subaru the past 3 years. Because we are moving to a new state we were told they would honor the loyalty tires a little early but when we arrived for our appointment they refused to honor the tires and we left without new tires. I would not recommend that people do the loyalty program with this service center if the location is not convenient as we were very disappointed in the end. Dan was great for other service experiences but the service center overall is leaving a bad taste in our mouths. More

I’m unhappy with service waited four hours! I made this appointment well in advance it took them over two hours just to tell me I needed back brake pads then I had to sit there for another two I made this appointment well in advance it took them over two hours just to tell me I needed back brake pads then I had to sit there for another two hours totally unacceptable nobody told me it was gonna take this long. Considering all of the problems I’ve had with the two Subaru so I’ll phone you would think I would get top quality service but no I don’t I continue to get this kind of service I should be getting free oil changes for my inconvenience but nobody offered me a thing?? Quick, efficient and friendly I brought my car in for the recall on brakes. I might have needed an oil change.
