All the people we worked with were low key easy to talk too. The first salesman we met was Charlie Saines. He explained all of the different Subaru models to help us determine which one was best suited for too. The first salesman we met was Charlie Saines. We met Luigi Bianco the following day when we test drove the 2023 Subaru Ascent. We discussed all the features, safety elements and the attributes of the Ascent and any differences between the 2023 and 2024 models. We had been comparing two other car manufacturers' models. We then drove the other two cars that we had been considering. We went home and discussed the differences between ourselves. The next morning, our decision was clear. We'd chosen the Subaru Ascent! Returning to the dealership, we once again test drove the car we had driven the day before with Luigi. He shared even more information. Thank you, Luigi. We then met Sabeur Abidi who explained all of the warranty and extended warranty information that we needed. He was very helpful and patient with us. All of this information was so new to us. We are completely happy with the people we did business with at Peoria Subaru and with our new Subaru! More

The staff were friendly and respectful while reviewing my car for a recall notice I received in the mail. They were also ready to help with the problem when my car would not start after they finished their car for a recall notice I received in the mail. They found that my car battery would not "hold a charge" and put a new battery in my car right away. My car was also still under warranty for the battery. The staff had to order the part needed for the recall notice. More

After a brief visual inspection, it was recommended that my Engine be pulled, and seal replaced for over $6,500!! My service Tech seemed to be the middleman with this bad news and didn't mention any other options. Second recommendation is not to go back. More
