Tonna values the relationships with her clients and takes the time to get to know them and that’s a big reason why we are client’s of hers. I view Tonna as a consultant who helps me get what I need and want when purchasing a vehicle. She’s honest and tells you like it is, no games and I appreciate that I am able to complete a deal without 3 other “Closers” coming in at different times of the negotiation process trying to force a deal down my throat. I am also very impressed with Christopher Drobney in finance. He arranged financing on our last two purchases. Chris is a pleasure to deal with. He presents you with options on everything from extended warranties to life & disability payment protection and is not pushy at all. He also conducts himself as a consultant trying to help you obtain the best financing you can qualify for as well as the extras if you choose to add them. Peoria Nissan is an excellent dealership that hires and developes professionals in every position/department and it’s no surprise to me that the sell the volume they do and are ranked as high as they are. They’ve been taking care of me and my family for over 8 years now and I hope it will be for many more to come. More

Never had a problem with any of the cars and had exceptional service from the people of the dealership! I intend to keep my Rogue a long, long time unless I win the lottery and buy a GTR. More

Bait and switch dealership Nobody expects to have a pleasant experience at the dealerships anymore so the bar is set pretty low already. But there should be some limits to how low. 2017 Maxima advertised at $32,988 turns out to be $35,988. An hour later and different sales men later, it is still $35,988. Finally, I had to get up and walk away because I just did not see the point. Their reasoning behind customers wanting to walk into their dealership and end up paying more than the original price is.... well, what reasoning? It does not seem they actually want to sell cars. What a waste of time. Avoid. More

I called several times to see if the car had been sold before I got out there, and asked each time if that indeed w A versa was advertised at $8,888. When I got there, they talked and talked about how wonderful the car was and all the special "extras" it had. When it got down to numbers, they wanted over $2000 more than the advertised price. I told them I was there to buy the car at the advertised price and did not want the car at that higher price. I was there 4 hours why they kept telling me they could work something out but in the end, they came back to me with their "deal" that still included the $2000 extras. During that 4 hours, they had different salesmen come to me telling me why that was a great car and why I wanted it even at the higher price. The worst stereotype about car salesmen come true. I would never come here again More
