Had to drop my car off 6 days prior to service. I work so it was extremely inconvenient. I had to leave my car in the lot and pick it up after hours. When I picked it up - the check engine light w I work so it was extremely inconvenient. I had to leave my car in the lot and pick it up after hours. When I picked it up - the check engine light was on. It was not on when I originally dropped it off. Had to again bring it back for service. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will never buy another Ford. This is my 3rd and last Ford Edge. More

The service center is great specifically Mike G and then Spencer I’m not sure I would ever buy a new car from Peoria Ford. I received many cold calls when they access my service record and asking to Spencer I’m not sure I would ever buy a new car from Peoria Ford. I received many cold calls when they access my service record and asking to evaluate my car. I’ve told them many times to stop the calls and they keep it up. More than likely I would go to another Ford dealership for buying a new car because of this continued problem. I’ve talked to someone in the sales department that might be in management and I just tell him I said if you keep it up, I’m going to Sanderson Ford when I’ll be in buy a new one and all he says is oh don’t use that S word, which is so ridiculous and he needs to get a new line on that one However, the service center has been great. I want to repeat this Mike Gaddini and my current tech that I work with Spencer and both of them are fantastic. More

Disappointed in Service. I scheduled my car 2 weeks in advance to have the tint redone due to bubbling. I was told that this would take four hours. I drove from Apache Juncti I scheduled my car 2 weeks in advance to have the tint redone due to bubbling. I was told that this would take four hours. I drove from Apache Junction (over an hour away) and requested a Lyft to the mall close by while this was being done. Five hours later I had to call to get an update on my vehicle and was told it was going to be an additional 4 hours! This caused me to miss work meetings and afternoon appointments. When I asked why such a delay, the response was “I can’t rush my guys because the work is free” (the tint was under warranty) Not a sympathetic response to your loyal customers. Some suggestions…please keep your customers up to date on services or delays so they do not have to continually call and leave messages themselves for updates and be respectful of your customers time.
