My vehicle has been at this place for over a month. My service advisor never returns calls or emails. Claims to have “tried to reach me” but my number and email have never changed. Vehicle is in for a blown engine caused by a faulty oil pump that FORD knows about. I work delivery and haven’t been able to work in over a month. I get the run around every time I call. I need to work to pay my bills and I’ve asked them a few times about rental cars and again, I get told I’ll get a call back and don’t. After speaking with one of the sales managers on the phone and confirming (twice) that there would NOT be a market-adjustment added above MSRP, I dro After speaking with one of the sales managers on the phone and confirming (twice) that there would NOT be a market-adjustment added above MSRP, I drove the 60+ miles to test drive a new Bronco. The sales guy I worked (Agron) with was great; it's management and finance that has the problem. Only after the drive and during the "negotiation" they mentioned what they call the "Peoria Performance Package" --- a $7,000 charge, which they claim to REQUIRE, on top of MSRP. For that seven grand you receive some cheap door edge guards, a crappy "paint protection" and window tint (total value MAYBE $300). And guess what? Nowhere on their website do they make ANY mention of this BS upcharge. If you're going to upcharge almost $10k above MSRP, then be straightforward and transparent; don't waste folk's time. Add the fact they attempted to lowball me on my extremely clean, lien-free trade ($3-5k below the other 3 trade-in offers I've received in the past week) and it's pretty clear why I walked out of the dealership without making the purchase. Nothing was as promised , who wants to buy a 2000 mile car that blew the turbo and needed major engine work before i even purchased it. They tried to switch me to another vehicle which was 15k more....Total Waste Of My Time. Shame on you guys. June 2021 I bought a 2020 Ford fusion hybrid titanium from this dealer. Part of the agreements was they would change out the tires to the correct tires and replace the pads and rotors on the front and re from this dealer. Both the finance manager and another manager Mike Roush never lived up to their written and verbal contract(agreement)!!!! They kept trying to make plans to have me come back in during times that they knew I worked to try and put me off to where I would forget about coming back in or making an appointment with them. Every time I would try to make an appointment they would tell me we are too busy and they couldn’t do it. They finally needed me to come back in to sign the preapproved check from my financial institution so somehow magically they found a 9 AM Saturday slot to put me in to where they would change out the tires and replace the pads and rotors on the car so I took off work and went in . Once I was there, the finance manager and the salesman came to me and told me to get on it as soon as they can and they’ll give me a call in a day or two to let me know when I can pick up my car!!!!! I looked at them and said no that wasn’t the agreement you said I had a 9 o’clock appointment and now you’re telling me it’s gonna be at least a day or two. His solution again was to put me off to where I would forget about everything by saying he would have Their accountant write me a check for $500 for the tires and they would make an appointment for me to come back to have the brakes done and I agreed. They never made me an appointment. They never sent me the check they illegally just back out of their written contract. More
I used them before when Adam was a Service Writer and was very Happy. Adam is gone so I dealt with McKenzie. I told her I received an email from Ford that I earned enough for a Complete Service and that ther very Happy. Adam is gone so I dealt with McKenzie. I told her I received an email from Ford that I earned enough for a Complete Service and that there was a Recall on my truck. I dropped it off at 7:00am and at 1:19pm called and was told it was ready. When I picked up my truck I was charged $343.74 for the service and the recall was not addressed. The next day I called at 2:13pm and LM for the service manager Mike to call me back. I was told 15-20 minutes. at 3:38pm I called again and LM for Mike that I appreciated the call back and I would put this in my review. I did get a call back. At 3:51pm and we discussed what had occured. My main concern was that the service writer did NOT listen to me. Mike was willing to do what it would take to keep me as a customer and apologized. I told him he lost me as a customer, but I called to bring this to his attention. Moving forward I will find another dealer. More
