I'm really striking out with Ford dealers dealerships in the valley lately... The salesman (Kyle) that I was working with was very professional... unfortunately his upper management (Jason) let him and t the valley lately... The salesman (Kyle) that I was working with was very professional... unfortunately his upper management (Jason) let him and the rest of the team down. I attempted to buy a new Bronco Sport that was listed at an attractive deal, to find out "Sorry, it can't be sold... its being used as a loaner." My suggestion... "You may want to take it off your website showing it for sale." But being that they had some good deals posted, I continued to look at other options (even coming up on price). So I inquire about another that costs about $5k more, but still looking like a very good deal. Guess what? "Sorry, that one isn't for sale... loaner status." So I call the Sales Manager Jason (who who had previously reached out to me). I expressed my frustration and that they may want to take this as a lesson... fix this problem, as it starts to look like bait-and-switch. Jason blamed their website service (really - your web vendor manages your sales inventory?!) and his solution was "Here's what we'll do. We'll put a note in our system to never bother you again. Have a good day." and HUNG UP ON ME!! Jason single-handedly took me from a disappointed customer, to feeling completely disrespected and believing that he is more interested in justifying their shortcomings than fixing them. He also validated that they don't need my money, they have plenty of other customers. That's just not where I want to spend my hard earned money. (I was literally ready to buy today). A GOOD manager will SAVE that customer, but this guy did just the opposite. The leadership sets the overall tone Kyle (salesman)...I'll work with you any day. Call me if you ever land at a dealership that values its customers. I feel bad that your leadership screwed this up for you. More
If I could give no stars, I would. The finance guy, Michel England, swore we could take our 2023 F-150 to any shop under the MPP service agreement to get its oil changed, not once but The finance guy, Michel England, swore we could take our 2023 F-150 to any shop under the MPP service agreement to get its oil changed, not once but three times during the sale. He also said that the MPP Club would cover chips and small dings, and the extended warranty was for 10 years. Well, all of that was completely false. I called him and asked why he told my wife and me all that, but he still insisted that it was true. When I call MPP they siad that the dealership only did the free oil change through them only. We live an hour and a half away. We dont want to travled that far just to do the services. That is why we asked him several times about it before we bought it. This is how the dealership makes money. They promise things that are not true. When I tried to call him back for the last two months, he was never available or did not return my calls. I talked to another finance guy and got nowhere as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM AT ALL. I will be leaving a bad review with Ford as well. More
The most dishonest dealership I've been to in 60 years! This dealership will promise you the world and then shaft you as soon as your back is turned. I've purchased my last vehicle from Peoria Ford. Additi This dealership will promise you the world and then shaft you as soon as your back is turned. I've purchased my last vehicle from Peoria Ford. Additional fees are tacked onto your sales contract, promises aren't kept, phone calls go unanswered and calling Beverly Woodhull as suggested in many reviews, accomplishes nothing. Read the reviews folks. Many have a common theme of poor integrity and shady sales practices just as I experienced. Buyer beware. More
When i bought my car i called and Inquired about the price negotiating on the phone. Talking to the manager - i said i would buy the car at the price posted online less $1000. He said to come in and price negotiating on the phone. Talking to the manager - i said i would buy the car at the price posted online less $1000. He said to come in and we would make that deal. I drove 45 minutes all the way from Tempe. When i came in they added a non negotiable $2500 zaktek service which is absolutely worthless. Zaktek is the single biggest ripoff that the car industry has come up with. Not only does it not do anything, but they won't give you a quote on how long the service will take and want your car for the whole day. I left and told them how dissatisfied i was and did not buy the car. About 3 weeks goes by and the manager calls me. We negotiate the terms over the phone and i demand that i don't pay for zaktek. He agrees. When i get back to the dealership they drew up a contract THAT INCLUDED ZAKTEK and above the price we agreed to on the phone. They also ran my Credit and tried to finance me even though i came in with my own financing. I did not permit them to apply for financing - but they did anyway. I had 3 hard inquiries on my credit when i only should have had 1. About to leave and never come back the manager agrees to lower the price by $500 and throw in a few free detailings. I have detailed hundreds of cars in my life and i would be embarrassed if i did the quality of detailing that they gave me. I have only used one because it was so bad. When i finally sign the contract the sales guy is furiously typing on his keyboard and i ask him What he is doing. He said 'making sure that the details are all kosher'. He left for a second and he was in fact NOT making sure all the details were v kosher but rather talking xxxx about me and saying 'SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!!!1!' This is an absolute joke of a Ford dealer. Zaktek is a ripoff, the manager is a liar, their sales guys are jerks. Stay away, stay far away. I am a savvy negotiator and skeptical person. I can only imagine how much they take advantage of people who are not those things. More
I made the horrible mistake of going to this dealership. I purchased a new key fob for a 21 Edge. It cost over $300 for the item and cutting the key and I was lead to believe the programming was included. I purchased a new key fob for a 21 Edge. It cost over $300 for the item and cutting the key and I was lead to believe the programming was included. NOPE, AFTER the fob had been cut I learned at the appointment it would be ANOTHER $100 for programming. OK, round 1 to Peoria Ford for duping the customer. After 90+ minutes the fob was finally completed. HOWEVER during that time I was threatened with arrest for trespassing, was told my 30 day old cabin air filter needed replacing among other "services" sent to me by text. I told them I couldn't wait for any further services based on a simple programmin taking over an hour and a half. Probably take these guys 2 weeks to complete simple maintenance for a much higher price. Bait and switch operation, try to replace good parts to make money off unneeded services and threatening an unhappy customer with arrest pretty much says what type of operation this is, silence the customers. ONE TO AVOID. More
VERY DISHONEST! !! Customer BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM PEORIA FORD!!! Went to Peoria Ford because low beam headlights were not working. They tried to charge me $482.88 !! Customer BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM PEORIA FORD!!! Went to Peoria Ford because low beam headlights were not working. They tried to charge me $482.88 just to replace the bulbs. We already were faced with a $209.95 “diagnostic evaluation” to tell us what we already knew. We paid the ransom to get our car out and went to AutoZone. We paid $44 for both lights and the saleswoman even installed them for us. Peoria Ford is a horrible dealership. They are not truthful and try to take advantage of people. More
I brought my car in because the splash shield under the car was hanging down. The threads were gone and screws not connecting. I was charged $175 for parts and labor to replace the hardware. Two and a half car was hanging down. The threads were gone and screws not connecting. I was charged $175 for parts and labor to replace the hardware. Two and a half weeks later the splash shield was hanging down again, this time ripped. Clearly it had not been reattached properly. But Peoria Ford said it must have been damaged by us. They then charged me $400 for a new one. They did not stand behind their work. While waiting for the repair work the waiting room was filled with other customers with complaints about prior service.
