Carlos my service advisor was absolutely amazing, he answered all my question, dealt with car shield which I know was a nightmare for him. Never once got frustrated with me. I’ve given Peoria Ford so many chances. Every time I leave more disappointed than the last and I honestly don’t know why I went back so many times. It’s close to my house, that’s why. Today was just like the last two times I went in for an oil change. Their “Quick”lane oil change, even with an appointment, takes almost 3 hours every time. The handwritten reminder sticker they applied says my next oil change is due in 8,547 miles, so pretty sure that’s not even for my truck. Curious if the lack of attention to detail with paperwork translates to the work they do on our vehicles. Go to Autonation Ford Scottsdale instead, always a great experience. It’s well worth the drive. Actually where I purchased the truck, because Peoria Ford sales is also a miserable experience. EDIT: So their lack of attention to detail does in fact carry over into their work. Last night I discovered that the tech neglected to reattach the lower engine shield on my truck, resulting in it flapping around down there inches from the roadway. So now I’ve wasted 4.5 hours over two days just trying to get an oil change and fix their errors. Do better Peoria Ford. You are an embarrassment to the Ford brand I’ve been loyal to for 24 years. Misleading with prices, Tyler stated truck was a V8 but it was a V6, requested to cancel additions such as gap and warranty, as we were told one price but after we got the paperwork saw a totally different it was a V6, requested to cancel additions such as gap and warranty, as we were told one price but after we got the paperwork saw a totally different price more than double! Was told it was done then called back to confirm and was told gap was not removed, it should not be this difficult to get what is requested completed and get a reply back to an email. We told Tyler what we wanted and had been looking for. He kept an eye out for us and finally found us our dream car! When we came in he greeting us right away and we got down to the dirty work! Went for a test drive, he took our trade in, paperwork flying before we knew it we were shaking his hand walking back to finance with Mark, who is also amazing, and said goodbye to our old car. My husband couldn't be happier. Everyone at Peoria Ford was so kind and helpful along the way, and Ty the car guy, was waving goodbye as we left. We can't thank everyone enough.
