Brought my vehicle in to the service department for a charging erro, had to have my battery changed when the manufacturer battery died and couldn’t be jumped by roadside assistance. The tow couldn’t be charging erro, had to have my battery changed when the manufacturer battery died and couldn’t be jumped by roadside assistance. The tow couldn’t be done until the 2 days after since it was the weekend. So I used an AGM battery. anyways the battery service light has been on. I took the vehicle in and they attempted to blame me for not resetting the battery sensor. And that they fixed the problem. Well the fact that the service light came on again and I took a look under the hood and found the battery fuse to be cooked is really disappointing. Did they not bother to look around the battery and see this problem? now I have to go back in and explain this issue.. after they tried charging me for not diagnosing a problem that literally would have been found by looking… More
