We had been to a prior dealership that had poor customer service skills. They were more interested it seemed in price haggling rather than selling a vehicle. I went in to buy a new Prius and Lihn Lam could not of been more helpful. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the car he also had a great personality and was easy to talk to. Phu Ho was the finance guy and he was great too. He really took the time to help explain what all the different costs and options were. He made what is usually a pretty confusing and intimidating process very easy. Phu explained all the paperwork and options in a thorough and efficient way. Phu is also just a very nice man...we talked about how long he has been at a Toyota and how interesting his job is. The customer service is what made this purchase so pleasurable. Not only did I buy a quality vehicle (with great MGGs!)but i dealt with people who I really felt had my bet interests. I would highly recommend Penske Toyota! More

Enjoyed doing business with Linh. I do not like to haggle and do the "sales dance". I just want to know how much the car is selling for and whether I feel it is a fair price to pay.
