When we first arrived, I liked that we weren’t bombarded by a salesperson. We were able to walk the lot and find a car we liked. When we were ready we went into the building and everyone was welcoming and by a salesperson. We were able to walk the lot and find a car we liked. When we were ready we went into the building and everyone was welcoming and kind. Angelica greeted us with a smile and she was amazing. She walked with a sense of urgency and was very accommodating to us. All staff were very nice and helpful. When we got to the finance guy we were quite tired and ready to go home. Anthony Medina provided great service at Penske Honda of Ontario. I've had previous bad experience at the Victorville Honda, so I make the drive from the High Desert to Ontario.
