Greg's customer service was outstanding, from the time I expressed interest until I drove away in my new car. i have dealt with penske for years and was throughly dissatisfied this time. my car was not cleaned as promised, my salesman, david r. he was not there when i got my car and i had waited for him outside dissatisfied this time. my car was not cleaned as promised, my salesman, david r. he was not there when i got my car and i had waited for him outside in the tent while they paged him. had he been there, he could have heard my complaints and addressed them before i left. he sent the keys by another salesman. i did not get to show him the small dings on the side or about the condition of the dash. i had mentioned these during the test drive on thursday, 9-8 and he assured me everything would be taken care of. my tire pressure light came on shortly after i left penske. obviously my pressure was not checked during routine maintenance. i had to check the manual to see what the light was and it said "substantially low pressure, pull over" i mentioned to ed lang the "we owe you" items and he said talk to david, but david never showed up!! i would like to have my remote starter and all weather floor mats. I recently brought this vehicle in to the service department to have bars installed and to go over a few things that needed to be corrected (9-9-11) (Thus, the reason for my answer of "good" on quality of work above) From the person that initially greeted me and the time spent with Jeff Bell going through my list of items, the level of customer service was exceptional. The sales staff did a very good job. I do not trust that I was given 100 percent accurate information on the trade; however, I proceeded with the trade in and purchase anyway. I love my new CR-V! I orginally came in the week before I bought my new CR-V to look at a used one. John Sprouse was the first sales consultant to ask me if I needed help. The following weekend I called John & told him I'd be coming in to see if it would work out to purchase a new CR-V. We found the one I wanted, went for test drive, sat down, worked out the numbers & he came back & said I had a new car! He made purchasing a new car easy, he didn't pressure me & knew what I was willing to pay, period. Penske Honda made a wise choice in hiring John, he will be a great asset to your sales department & I will highly recommend him to my friends. Mike in finance was also very nice & helpful.
