It was the first time I've tried going on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. Ryan greeted me and politely covered everything for the A16 service. He said how long it would take. We decided to go have breakfast and do some shopping. Ryan called in about 50 minutes - even quicker than we expected to let us know the car was ready for pick up. When we returned Ryan went over every aspect of the service and I felt he totally took care of us. I was extremely satisfied - as I always am with Penske service and the whole Penske experience.
