I did not buy my Vehicle here, but had great service I was searching or a new Passport and I was working with 4 different dealers in the Indianapolis area. Price was the primary factor for me, and while I didn't buy my vehicle here, I wanted to write a review to say that Tom Flack was one of the best sales people I have worked with. I have to take my hat off to him because he would have gotten the sale if not for the competitors added values ( lifetime powertrain warranty, loaner vehicles during repair). Tom was professional through the entire process, and when I called him back to let him know that we had purchased elsewhere, he simply said that I would really enjoy the vehicle and to please look him up if I need another vehicle. I told him that I would not only do that but I would recommend others to come and see him. I got truly great service from 2 salespeople during my search and Tom was one of those people ( his dealership simply didn't offer the perks) More

I got my first car here which has 34k mileage, the salesperson(Nadolski) finalized my deal. He offered me a warranty/protection pack for additional $20/month. He said that it will cover EVERYTHING including pothole damages until 100k mileage except brake pads replacement and oil change(of course). Long story short, I brought it in to service dept. for a tire check and hub cap replacement because of Indy’s finest potholes. And what they told me is the exact opposite of what salesperson(Nadolski) have said to me. It was not covered at all and if I would like to have my hub caps replaced I would have to search it and they would install it for me. That so-called tech could have easily called the parts department to check if they have it there I don’t know why he did not offer that probably because I’m asian and I’m young. I don’t know what their core values are but one things for sure. Integrity and treating others equally with respect were not part of it. More

Excellent and absolute perfection! My son, Jeff, leased a Honda Fit from Penske Honda! He was very happy with the deal that he got from Dan Schneider that I should work with Dan too! Jeff was very happy with how low his payments were on his new Honda Fit and the many nice features of the car itself! Also, I couldn’t be happier with my new, 2018 Honda Civic sedan which is a beautiful Burgundy in color and I am thrilled with how low my lease payments are! They are very affordable in my opinion. I am so happy that I came to Penske for my car! More
