I bought my daughter a 2020 Honda CRV. I have purchased between 15 - 20 new cars in my lifetime. This was the most efficient, no- haggle transaction ever! I had researched trade in values and fair purchase prices on a variety of automotive websites prior to visiting the dealership. I usually shop around, but there was no need this time. The trade in offer was top dollar from the start and Penske knocked off more than I was expecting from the MSRP sticker. I was in and out in just under two hours (including the test drive). It was a Thursday afternoon which is probably not peek time, but I was impressed nevertheless. More
