Wow!!! What a great quick experience I had, the 4 people I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I don't remember the drivers names from the shuttle, but Toby was so sweet when I met him and kept in t I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Penske Honda Service was horrible. Josh Fink the Service Manager is a coward and will never call you back. Had an A/C issue on a newer Civic and had to go back twice in two months after 1500 repair. A/C w Manager is a coward and will never call you back. Had an A/C issue on a newer Civic and had to go back twice in two months after 1500 repair. A/C went out twice in summer on long trips. Stay away from the Service Department. More

Very prompt and professional service. My car was towed to Penske Honda on Saturday. Scheduled for repair (replace alternator) on Tuesday. However service got to it on Saturday and it was My car was towed to Penske Honda on Saturday. Scheduled for repair (replace alternator) on Tuesday. However service got to it on Saturday and it was done by Monday morning! More
