I ordered a blazing orange pearl 2023 Civic Si with Song Pak on August 5th 2022 and I was told that it would be in 6 months from then. On November 24th, 2022 I asked for an update and he confirmed that he Pak on August 5th 2022 and I was told that it would be in 6 months from then. On November 24th, 2022 I asked for an update and he confirmed that he was still on track to receive the vehicle would be in production in February or March of 2023. On January 5th 2023, Song called me and said he had a blue Civic Si available and asked if I wanted that one or if I wanted to continue to wait for the orange one that I had ordered. I told him I wanted to wait until the orange one arrived. I asked him again if it was still on track for delivery in February or March for my orange Civic Si. He assured me that it was still on track. He JUST texted me TODAY 2/16/2023 that the orange color is no longer available. I'm not sure how this is possible if it was ordered 6 months ago? I have email communication and text communication with Song that this vehicle was ORDERED and now I am being told that the color is not available and I need to select another color. I am also being told that it will be April before the car will actually be delivered. If this was ORDERED 6 months ago as I was told why is it being pushed again. When I asked Song these questions, the response I got was, "you should write Honda we do not have control of production issues". If it was a production issue, it would have been known over 6 MONTHS ago when this was ordered. Was this ever even ordered as I was told? Why the xxxx was I not told about these issues before 2-3 weeks before I was expecting delivery? I want to talk to someone that knows what is going on with this. The Honda website still shows the orange color available. I have a feeling either this car was never ordered or it was given to someone else. Which is it? I would like answers. I will be reaching out to Honda, but, I will also be posting about Penske Honda to every platform I can find until I get answers. I also, reached out to Honda of Fishers and they informed me right away that Honda has not taken custom orders for about 3 years now. So was Song Pak just lying to me from the very beginning? More

I will not return to Penske Service, ever. Arrived on time, was told service might take up to 2-1/2 hours. Okay. Over four hours later, still not done.
