Worst customer service by Brian B. Had been working with him on getting a new passport since May and gave him a deposit to get one. He did get the vehicle, but due to family emergency Had been working with him on getting a new passport since May and gave him a deposit to get one. He did get the vehicle, but due to family emergency I was unable to take it within the next couple of weeks. We did not discuss that he could or would not hold it or that he would sell it even though I had a deposit on the vehicle. Near the end of July Brian told me I should get a vehicle by late August. When I called him late August, he said the dates had kept getting pushed out The next day, I received an email, thanking me for my business and noting that I had probably moved on and possibly had already gotten another vehicle. It further stated if he could be helpful now and anytime in the future to let him know- it was signed by Brian and listed his phone number. Feeling swept under the rug. I called then left a voicemail for Brian‘s sales manager, Brandon, expressing my disappointment, and Brian‘s poor Customer Service. Brian called me shortly thereafter, Jo assume having had a discussion with his sales manager. Brian stated the email was automated (how would I know). I expressed my disappointment to Brian regarding his lack of follow up in the previous month, to which he replied, I could also have called him. Obviously , that’s not my job. I expected his customer service to include touching base with me throughout the process. He reminded me he had brought in the specific vehicle for me late June. I reminded him of my extenuating circumstances. I suggest we should cancel our transaction to which he quickly agreed then PROMPTLY HUNG UP ON ME!!!I called Brandon again, who quickly responded with a call back and said he would follow up with Brian, and that Penske prides themselves on Customer service. We agreed for my deposit return. More
