Absolute Joke! None prepared, couldn’t find the vehicle, then I did. And said vehicle was not prepped, it was slated for body shop repair after carfax stated 2 dama None prepared, couldn’t find the vehicle, then I did. Complete waste of my time, why make an appointment when the appointment can’t be up held on the dealership’s end. Simple phone call would have been helpful, therefore no waisted time on a beautiful Saturday afternoon! And if I may, Penske’s sales model has a lot to be desired, salesman’s lack of knowledge and personal people refinement states the obvious…make that dollar! More
