So as stated earlier the car buying experience itself is long and stressful in itself, I was very pleased with Ryan, when it came to the signing of the papers and meeting Joe Husely that’s where things took a turn…with dealing with customers you should have a you need to have a personality that match. From the minute we walked into his sales office his personality was flat and uninterested as if we were bothering him, felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable with him, once we declined the service plan it really went down hill from there. Had I not been in the dealership for 4 hours, I would of asked for another person. You work hard for your money and when you spend it at a place you want to feel welcome and and that you matter
