Let me start by saying that I would definitely recommend Penske Chevrolet to my friends and family. Mike was very pleasant to work with and not your typical "car salesman". He respected my price range and was well informed about the car I wanted (Malibu). He even called me to set up my window tinting - I didn't have to initiate the call. I am in account management and appreciate good customer service, as it is something that you don't always receive. But from the time I walked in the door through the financing (I forget his name - Bob?) :) to the time I walked out the door I actually felt like I was a valued customer. Thank you! More
I have worked with Scott & Tim for many years. Tim was my Service Rep. for several years before he changed jobs to the maintenance area. He does superb work on my car and always has. Scott as my Service Rep. is always willing to advise me on what needs to be done on my car and gives me excellent advice. Exp: I needed new tires(last summer)and Scott explained all the options available to me. I bought the tires he highly recommended. Thanks to Scott & Tim for keeping my 2007 Chev. Good salesman in Mike Roland and a good person in the sevice dept by the name of Scott Stevenson brought me back for my second Malibu. There are plenty of GM dealerships nearby, as well as the internet sevice dept by the name of Scott Stevenson brought me back for my second Malibu. ADVERTISED THE $9.95 OIL CHANGE AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY STATED THAT THEY STOP DOING THEM 9/28/10 THE ADVERTISEMENT WAS FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER AND WANTED ME TO PAY FULL PRICE. My overall experience with Penske Chevrolet was great. I never felt pressured and everyone seemed to go out of their way to be sure I was happy and completely satisfied with my transaction. I was very impressed with the fact that my salesman took me over to the service dept. to show me where I would need to go for oil changes, etc. Mr. Scott (in the service dept.) even took the time to show me the lounge area of the service dept. if I came in and would have to wait on my car and also told me where the drop boxes were for the keys. I can tell that everyone at Penske Chevrolet has be trained very well in making customer service the best possible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you! After being bounced between two sales people who couldn't seem to get a vehicle for me after a week, I chose to go with another dealership. Initially, I was taken on a test drive by a sales person who kept apologizing for not knowing much about the vehicle. He even quipped, at one point, that "women are most interested in lighted vanity mirrors and number of cup holders." When I brought my car in for an appraisal at the time one of the salespersons told me to, that person wasn't due in for at least 3 hours. With two small children, I don't have time for people who waste my time. That should have been my first indication to just walk away. After a week of calls where I was told they had the vehicle I was looking for somewhere else and they were "going after it" and then called back to say it was unavailable, I became frustrated. When I finally let them know I was no longer interested in working with their dealership, one of the salespersons actually called me back and argued about how much work was actually done and why I should have stuck with them. More
