From beginning to end of my latest visit to the Penske Chevrolet Service Department my experience was a good one. As a loyal customer of Penske Chevrolet during the purchase of my last three vehicle, the sales and service department representatives have been excellent. During my service visits I usually stop by the showroom to not only checkup on the latest new vehicles on sale, but also to say hello to the great folks that I have appreciated over the years as a customer. I also appreciate the great coupons and discounts that are sent via e-mail or regular mail that assist in the final total payment for services provided. Thanks again to Jeff Copeland, Andrea Taylor, Scott Stevason and others in the Penske family that continue to make me feel a valued as well as loyal customer since 2002! Bob Tremain More

I drove 280 miles to purchase a 2007 Yukon XL that is a GM Certified Vehicle. I had ask specifically If there was anything arong with the vehicle. The answer was, It is in great shape. The frame and chasis is eat up with corrosin due to road salt damage. They failed to mention it, and then still pressured me to purchase it. Why would a dealership certify a vehicle in that condition? The vehicle is still for sale and still a GM Certified Vehicle. Is this just a Dealership who doesn't care about it's customers or is GM Certified Vehicles standards not up to par. More
We decided to go to Penske Chevrolet after searching for vehicles on our Chevy iPhone App and after reviewing online reviews of the dealership. We feel those reviews were extremely accurate. We felt no pressure to buy, and received top-of-the-line customer service. We worked with Mike Rolland, who thoroughly discussed all of our options, discussed our concerns, and let us have plenty of time to discuss what we wanted to do on our own. He offered us time to talk, and left us alone for a few periods of time. He was extremely patient with us and very informative. I feel confident we made not only the right vehicle choices, but also the right dealership choice. More
The dealership was very clean, very good to work with. I got a good/fair price on my trade and I was able to leave with a brand new car that I desired at a good price. I had a bad experience while purchasing my car. I don't believe I'll be purchasing another car from them. It took 8 months to resolve a problem that should have been taken care of before I purchased my car believe I'll be purchasing another car from them. I was told many things while buying my car but it didn't matter afterwords. Service department did fine but the sales and management needs to get out of the 70's. I'm done with them. More
Bill was great - we've actually already recommended him to some friends. The only negative was that we were hoping that there would be a bigger difference between Preferred Pricing and MSRP, but that wasn' to some friends. I 20,000 mile scheduled an appointment with (I am ashamed to claim as my dealer) [Penske Chevrolet] on Friday for a 1 pm pre-scheduled appointment. When I got there, they said to have a seat as they would not get to me for another two hour. This is not the first time I habe had problems. When I took my car in for its first scheduled maintenance at 10,000 miles, I had asked for additional fluid changes to be made and inquired about accessories for my vehicle. The service manager and the mechanic re-approached me twice saying I didn't need the additional fluid changes that I had requested. They actually argued with me about this. When I enquired about adding dealer options to my car, they told me that they erally do not like to do that and preferred that I go elsewhere. I am so ashamed I EVER bought my car from them. More

From my first phone contact, he did a great job of keeping in touch and returning my calls in a t sure that my entire sales experience was fantastic. From my first phone contact, he did a great job of keeping in touch and returning my calls in a timely fashion. He did an extensive search to find what turned out to be a difficult-to-find vehicle. I ended up getting exactly the Traverse that I wanted. All of my paperwork was prepared in advance, so everything went smoothly and quickly on the morning I came in to complete the purchase.
