I have never had a less than stellar experience with Penske Chevrolet. From sales (Scott Nusbaumer is awesome by the way) to the finance team, service team, and dealership support team, I cannot say en Penske Chevrolet. Our experience with Penske has been phenomenal mainly in part because of Scott Nusbaumer, our Penske Representative. This gentleman has been determined to provide outstanding salesmanship and a quality o part because of Scott Nusbaumer, our Penske Representative. This gentleman has been determined to provide outstanding salesmanship and a quality of customer care and service that extends well beyond industry standards. GM product today are a tough sell due to lack of inventory and unforeseen production delays. We met with Scott three and a half months prior to purchasing our Suburban. In that three months we tried to order a custom Suburban only to be told that option was not available for what we wanted until what would have been 5 months from the start of our Suburban/Yukon XL purchase journey. Scott called me 2 times a week, every 3-4 days to communicate the current ever-changing environment and discuss options at his disposal. He made sure to under promise and over deliver on all timelines and was quick to communicate any adjust that may have taken place. The Suburban we ended up purchasing did not match completely the model and make up we had chosen throughout the custom product but we are over the moon excited about the Suburban we brought home as it was delivered with love, excitement, and enthusiasm from Scott. He worked his tail of to provide an experience of satisfaction that money cannot buy. His passion, his drive, guidance of important amenities and features, understanding of our needs and communication of both positive and negative information drove our excitement and love throughout this vehicle purchasing scenario that most customers would be frustrated with. We also spent time with Aaron, and he was awesome! He took us through financing options, kept us comfortable throughout the entire process and very informative on our options, defined pros and cons of each options and supported us through our decision making. Great customer care and service provided throughout our process and time with him. We wish Scott, Aaron, and Penske the best! Penske sure is lucky to have these individuals working in their facilities. More

I went to pay for my service work on my SUV. I was going to have to go home, drop my car off then take a Uber up there to pick up my SUV. I brought my car to be serviced for oil change and to see why the ABS light was on. I was advised ABS was not working right rear hub/tire. The car was ready by 11:00 am on a Saturday.
