When we went to pick up we were just tossed the keys and told to sign paperwork. Never given an explanation on what or why this happened to the brand new truck. Only when we asked were we given an answer that was said with an attitude and condescending tone. Sad since we bought the truck here and thought we would be treated good since we spend money here on multiple occasions . But instead we’re treated like a problem. Not coming back here again will take to 1 of the many dealers in the area. More

Service lady’s customer service skills left a lot to be desired. She was actually a bit rude and wouldn’t answer my questions. All she was focused on was her iPad. Also, the systems don’t seem to communicate with each other. I received several letters and emails regarding 2 recalls asking me to bring the car in, but when I show up the service lady didn’t seem to acknowledge the recalls. Another example: I made an appointment. Then, due to excessive traffic, I had to remake it for later, but she couldn’t see either appointment in her iPad. All very strange, leading me to feel not at all confident about the place, its organization and professionalism. More
