My overall experience with this dealership was not positive, but my experience with some individuals was great. I ordered a car in July 2023 and literally never received updates. I would call periodic positive, but my experience with some individuals was great. I ordered a car in July 2023 and literally never received updates. I would call periodically and sometimes the person I was working with would pick up and look at the status, but many times I’d be told I’d get a call back that never came. 3 months go by and I ask if the car is ever coming. I’m told it will. However, the electric vehicle credit I was hoping to access was close to expiring so I needed the car soon. They said they could save one on the lot for me… but that one was quite a bit more expensive than what I ordered. And I had to get it soon or they’d sell it to someone else. All in all, not a great experience. At the end of it all, the dealer did knock off a bit of the price and throw in a few things, but only after many calls to bosses and managers and the whole slew. It was not the best experience, but I do recognize that the manufacturer is separate from the dealer & 2 months into this, there was a strike. With that said, I think better communication would have been great especially since I found out that the car I ordered may never come since that model isn’t coming back in the new year. More
