I own a 2017 Silverado that I purchased brand new. My truck is now 6 years old and only has 24,839 miles All services have been done at Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos. Took my truck in engine light was My truck is now 6 years old and only has 24,839 miles All services have been done at Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos. Took my truck in engine light was one and it had a misfire. Dealer charge $205 just to look at it. About 2 hours later I get a call saying the the mechanic thought It was a bad lifter or maybe the camshaft, It would be $2064 to check it if it was the lifter. It would be around $5,560, if it was the camshaft it would be around $11,800. I told them not to do the work that I would take my truck home. Once I got my truck home, I called a mobile mechanic. Two hours later he had diagnosed my truck replace the plugs that were $62.00, and my truck was running like new again. All this to say Penske should be a shame, one of two things they are incompetent or they are scammers and thieves. I believe they are both and should be investigated for fraud. I will never be going to them again and will tell as many people as possible about their scamming business dealings. More

Took my Silverado in for its usual maintenance. When I handed over my truck to be serviced I got it back dirty on the inside. The drivers side floor mat had a big grease shoe print on the floor mat When I handed over my truck to be serviced I got it back dirty on the inside. The drivers side floor mat had a big grease shoe print on the floor mat and the right side bumper had leak marks on it from whatever the mechanic was servincing. His is careless and I ended up having to clean up behind the mechanic, no floor mat protector was ever put in place. I keep my truck in great condition I don't need it screwed up by a lazy careless mechanic. More
