Gone are the days of stellar service. I remember getting an overall report of how my vehicle was regarding overall service needed. Now there is no car wash and no car covers to help protect the interior. Person who worked on my car left black skid marks in my interior. Cost cutting measures are beginning to impact quality service. For $70+ oil changes, I don’t see the benefit of continuing to take my vehicle to the dealer anymore. Will consider going to another general oil service provider from here on out. More

I dropped off my car(2023bolt euv) because i had message saying service heater. They called me to pick it up and said it was fixed by replacing heater pump. The message started coming back next day.
