Two hours and fifteen minute wait for an oil change is way to long. Employees were stressed out since there wasn’t enough help which made the customer service experience not as great as it could of been. way to long. Whenever I called Adrian Martinez, he was always seemingly at lunch. I understand if you people do not have the part and it is on back order but do not pressure me into taking a car back that is not seemingly at lunch. I understand if you people do not have the part and it is on back order but do not pressure me into taking a car back that is not fixed and is dead. There was no communication about when I would be getting my car back and when the part would be arriving. I asked for phone calls but there was nothing except text messages. Even though I was given a rental later, I had to really annoy Chevy to get one when I should have been given a rental as soon as it was obvious that I would not be getting my car back any time soon. Especially since my car is under warranty and I should not have been left without a car for WEEKS. More
This vehicle we were purchasing for our granddaughter. Anthony the first salesperson we worked with was very nice and polite. But the information we received from the dealership was very contradictory from one person to another, and there was some deception on the part of the more senior saleperson and other staff as well. There was not a second fob, (no one disclosed that to us before we purchased), so we had to pay an extra $250 for a second fob after we found out there was only one. We purchased the vehicle, and on the way home the low tire light came on, although the tires are all good. So now we have to go to a mechanic to see if the tire sensor needs calibration. Very disappointing to purchase a vehicle and have something go wrong on the way home from our purchase. Based on all of this, we would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More
YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN FAILED TO MENTION THAT A FEW OF MY HOSES WERE WORN. DUE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT'S LACK OF CARE I MISSED A DAY OF WORK AFTER MY HOSES BUSTED ON THE FREEWAY INTERCHANGE. AS A FEW OF MY HOSES WERE WORN. DUE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT'S LACK OF CARE I MISSED A DAY OF WORK AFTER MY HOSES BUSTED ON THE FREEWAY INTERCHANGE. AS A RESULT, ALL OF THE ANTIFREEZE DUMPED OUT OF MY CAR. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH NEGLIGENCE CONSIDERING THE HOSES ARE VISIBLE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE MECHANIC DID NOT RESET MY CAR AFTER THE OIL CHANGE. THE MECHANIC THAT REPAIRED MY CAR NOTICED; HE ALSO NOTICED THE AIR FILTER WAS EXTREMELY FILTHY ANOTHER DETAIL CHEVY FAILED TO MENTION. IS YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT OPEN FOR BUSINESS? YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT'S NEGLIGENCE COULD COST YOU MORE THAN A CUSTOMER IF YOU KEEP MISHANDLING YOUR CUSTOMER'S CAR. PEOPLE PAY YOU THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR SERVICES, AND PRAY YOU ALL HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO PROPERLY ADVISE THEM WITH REGARDS TO THE SERVICES NEEDED FOR THEIR CAR. YOUR NEGLIGENCE COULD HAVE RESULTED TO SEVERE DAMAGE OF MY CAR. CLEARLY YOUR STAFF LACKS ATTENTION TO DETAIL, WHICH CAUSED YOUR COMPANY TO LOSS REVENUE AND A CUSTOMER. More
