I was very disappointed with my experience at penske Chevrolet. What was supposed to be an exciting experience turned into a nightmare. When I talked to the manager about a solution he was unhelpful and unapologetic didn’t want to work with me to find a solution where I felt good about my brand new truck purchase. A solution was finally reached but I will never return to buy a vehicle from this dealership again. More
