The service staff was unable to access GM Lotalty services. So payment via GM Rewards points was not possible, as initially promised. This dealer has NO services available: NO car wash, NO shuttle tr services. So payment via GM Rewards points was not possible, as initially promised. This dealer has NO services available: NO car wash, NO shuttle transportation, NO loaner vehicles, and the waiting area has NO amenities whatsoever. Granted, a poor coffee option is available FOR PURCHASE in a vending machine I do NOT recommend this dealer to ANYONE More
