The service writer was courteous and helpful the the mechanics failed to diagnose my issue then said they needed $1100 to remove my head liner and A pillar trim in order to complete the diagnosis. My car sat in their shop for two weeks before they got to it. I left messages that were not returned. At one point they called my wife, the person sounded confused and asked her about the wrong model car. When she told them we have a different car in their shop the person said oh never mind. I had it towed and another dealer is doing it for $200. i should have it back in two days. More
