Worst dealer ever. Not only was I extremely disappointed with them during my last visit but when I bought my truck as well. Don’t know why I even went back. I suppose it was because I expected them to have a solution and reason as to why my brand new car sounds like an old car that has been driven excessively. I bought my truck in July, because I was completely played by the sales people who gave me the most incorrect information ever. Totally taken advantage of then and now. In December, during my first oil change, I told the service department that my car sounded like it was having brake issues. They said they could not check it out because the appointment was only for an oil change, “nothing else.” I did not take it back but recently I started hearing my brakes squeal/screech even more. After taking it in, not only was I going to be charged for getting it checked out but I would be responsible for anything else. The reason I bought a brand new truck was so that I did not have to deal with vehicle repairs/issues. And now only 6 months after purchasing a BRAND new car, I am being told there is nothing they can do because that’s “just how they sound.” I find it ridiculous that such a recognizable brand of cars could promote themselves as being known for their quality, affordability yet sell cars that sound like they have been on the road for several years.
