I will never go back to this dealership again. The service provided during my visit was poor. The associate was not helpful at all!!! He also prewarned me that it would be about a week before my vehicle would be looked at and to my surpri all my questions which was much appreciated. The "technician" forgot to tighten the oil drain plug in my brand new suburban. The car smoked as the oil spilled all over highway 91 on the way to Vegas. I took my car in for service, and Shania Barnes, in the service department, did a great job taking care of my car as usual. She gave me a reasonable quote on the cost of the service, and insured that I re service department, did a great job taking care of my car as usual. The service was completed in a couple of hours, and she had the paperwork finished and my car waiting for me when I arrived. Ms. Barnes cares about her customer.
