Hi Reed, My name is Ofelia Coronado. My phone number is 323-919-1144, and my email is offcorn@gmail.com. I want to give you more details regarding the Cilajet upsell and the quality of the application; I am not sure what products were used, but a ceramic application was definitely not applied. I also refinanced my loan and need to cancel the extended warranty, GAP, and all additional upsells, as I purchased these through my credit union. I spoke with Fidel, who mentioned I need to come in personally with proof of purchase from my credit union. Why can't I email this information or submit it in writing? Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
