I, unfortunately, have had my fair share of frustration when working with this dealership. From when I originally purchased the vehicle as a CPO, and there were some issues that were present prior to purch when working with this dealership. During this visit specifically, I came in for an LOF and tire rotation, I added a concern for the keys to be reprogrammed to the vehicle, which were addressed. After waiting for some time, I was partnered with asking about where my key for my locking lights was, I informed them I had not used it since purchasing the vehicle but believed it could be found in the glovebox of the vehicle. I was informed they checked and it wasn’t there, I had my service prior completed at a different dealer, so naturally, I called them asking where they would put it after use, and they stated, “we would put it back where it was, but typically we use our shops master set to do the work”. I was told the rotation would not be completed because of the missing key. After waiting even more time after that for the work to be completed (I believe we ended up waiting roughly 4 hours), we left in the vehicle. On the way out, my wife looked through our glovebox and to our surprise, we found the wheel lock key! Not only was it frustrating that the wheel lock key was easily located, but on the paperwork it stated I was quoted/recommended to replace the air filters in the vehicle and I had declined the work, but it was never communicated to me.
