We were told it would cost 1500. 00 to fix the radio. We declined. Someone called us back and offered a second option for 250.00. We took it and paid the 250.00.Nothing happened! I didn’t realize this is the way dealerships operate. This is the second truck I have purchased from Penske. I am currently looking for another dealership. I will be contacting the corporate offices.
