I bought a car from Penske on 12/29/23 When l got home noticed a dashboard light was on. Read my manual it was my collision sensor. Wasn’t able to take the car in till 1/17/24. They had one of their mech noticed a dashboard light was on. Read my manual it was my collision sensor. Wasn’t able to take the car in till 1/17/24. They had one of their mechanics check it out, said it was broken lose from an impact..well, the impact didn’t happen on my watch, bought it this way. So, l have to pay for it… Will never go back to Penske.. Daniel in financing lied when l was buying the car and told me l had to buy Karr alarm for 900.00.found out once l got home and investigated it, that was not true.. Shame on you Penske, taking advantage of a senior citizen. Kathy Anthony More

My tires were rotated, but my tire sensor weren’t recalibrated therefore sensors don’t coincide with what the dashboard reads. I worked with Rani Elias. He was fantastic. I was in a rather unique situation. I had just bought a new RAM 1500 the month before but could not drive it (new engine modific He was fantastic. I was in a rather unique situation. I had just bought a new RAM 1500 the month before but could not drive it (new engine modifications ended up triggering my motion sickness. . . long story). Needless to say, I was in a bad situation. The trade in value was thousands of dollars less than what I owed on the truck (meaning I had to tack the difference onto the new loan). Rani worked with me and fought to get the price on the Silverado down to help compensate for the added difference. It was a very positive experience, and I will be referring Rani to anyone who wants to buy a new vehicle. More
I gave only four stars becuase the process was very slow, after we said we woud take the car, it was another hour before all of the paperwork was completed. And most of the time we were sitting at a table in the lobby, while the sales guy ran the paperwork back and forth. I believe we could have sat in the office he was running back and forth to and could have reduced our frustration. The finance guy was wonderful. Knew his stuff had out of his office in ten minutes.
