They add all the this and give you a price when you try to negotiate the price they dropped it down. When you ask to remove any warranty or service they said yes but I will raise the price . I appreciate Adrian stepping up to the plate when my original service advisor was out. This is the 2nd time where he has done so. I requested when I left that Adrian be my new service advisor. I left Premier Chevy in Buena Park because of the bad customer service experience. I definitely did not find that here. More
