Great experience!(First time auto buyer) Bill was so helpful in the entire process. I had to go in the following week to have the car serviced for a minor issue (I did buy a used vehicle:2014 cruze) and he made sure I wasn't charged my deductible since it already had the problem when I purchased the vehicle. The manager also got me a great deal with the financing when I had limited funds to put down. Thanks Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos! More
