I am a little disappointed that Chevrolet stopped including complementary tire rotation with an oil change. They charged me extra and this is the first time in over a decade of going to Chevrolet dea including complementary tire rotation with an oil change. Very disappointed. They advertised GPS, Uconnect Voice Command w/Bluetooth, Steering Wheel Controls and Radio Data System, Radio: 130 and Tachometer. They are broken, i They advertised GPS, Uconnect Voice Command w/Bluetooth, Steering Wheel Controls and Radio Data System, Radio: 130 and Tachometer. They are broken, incompatible replacement dash system or do not exist. The tires are damaged. Nails in the rear and damaged tread in the front. Surprised they would sell it in that condition. They would only reduce the price by $500. Not worth it More

Not good at all. I had always felt that my tires were not being rotated as was stated on my past invoices. This time I marked my tires and I discovered that the tir I had always felt that my tires were not being rotated as was stated on my past invoices. This time I marked my tires and I discovered that the tires were not rotated! Told the advisor and the cost of the oil change/tire rotation was refunded. But now I question if the actual oil changes were ever done. Not cool. If you guys are doing this to me, how many other customer are you cheating??? More
