I was late to my late afternoon appointment by about 15-20 minutes. Maria still managed to get the initial paperwork, oil change & tire rotation, AND a cockpit rocker panel adjustment, car wash and final paperwork all done ~15 minutes prior to their 6:00pm closing time.
