Unfortunately, this was not the case. As a customer, I had to make my own arrangements to get back home, which was quite inconvenient, especially considering the distance between the dealership and my residence. I believe it's essential for a dealership to offer convenient services that make the customer experience more pleasant. Providing transportation assistance, such as shuttle services or arranging for a loaner car, would greatly improve the overall satisfaction of customers like myself. More
