Took my wife’s car because the theft deterrent system would not clear. Service Writer, Javier Garcia ran a scan on the car and thought the car battery might be the problem. Also was having a problem with would not clear. Service Writer, Javier Garcia ran a scan on the car and thought the car battery might be the problem. Also was having a problem with the CUE screen. Dropped the car off. Before I could get home, they had diagnosed the battery issue and replaced the battery. The CUE screen was not in stock. They ordered it and the next morning it was delivered to the dealer. The car was available for pickup in less than 24 hours. Very happy with the service. More
