I agreed to purchase the car on the phone (I live 180 miles away). They were to pick me up at the Amtrak train station and have everything ready to go so I could drive home. Called dealer, they were unaware. Finally got to the dealer....nothing ready. Spent hours going through everything. My sales person was to busy with another customer, they handed me off to another sales agent. This for a $100,000 car. Unbelievable. They are completely incompetent and have no sense of customer satisfaction. For this level of purchase, I expected much better. I purchased a Porsche 10 years previous. Much, much better experience.
